"enjoy the silence" - yoga in the Panorama Museum

Yoga with Olympic champion Nils Schumann

In this historic setting, you have the unique opportunity to indulge in the atmosphere of this visual art during yoga with Olympic champion Nils Schumann.

Our recommendations

In the evening hours, you and your conference participants will embark on a journey from Thai yoga to yoga flow. Although the intensive asanas between the 3,000 figures of the monumental painting will certainly make you sweat, this yoga class is not a competition, as Nils Schumann emphasizes. The aim is to feel refreshed and balanced in body, mind and soul.

Tip from Olympic champion Nils Schumann

At the 2000 Olympic Games, Nils Schumann won the gold medal in the 800-meter race. Born in Frankenhiss, he has been training for his competitive sport at the brine spa since his youth. His recommendation? Active relaxation! The paths in the barren karst landscape around Bad Frankenhausen are his favorite running routes. Even today, he can still switch off best in these surroundings after a demanding training session. "Personally, I feel the greatest relaxation after sporting activity in combination with nature. Running through the Kyffhäuser Forest and the limestone slopes relaxes me enormously."
